These Terms of Service and all other legal documents incorporated by reference (collectively, the "Terms") set forth the legal contract between each visitor ("User" or "you") and Big Boss Brain Inc., including its subsidiaries and affiliated entities ("Big Boss Brain," "we," or "us") regarding access to and use of its digital properties, including but not limited to www.bigbossbrain.com, microsites, mobile websites, mobile applications, Big Boss Brain profiles on social media, and other digital services operated by Big Boss Brain (collectively, the "Site(s)").

✔ Software & Technology: AI algorithms, proprietary software, and databases ("Our Technology").
✔ Creative Content: Articles, blogs, white papers, images, videos, and podcasts ("Big Boss Brain Content").
You may not:
• Use Big Boss Brain Marks without express written permission.
• Copy, distribute, or modify any content from the Site(s) without authorization.
• Remove or obscure copyright notices.

4. No Automated Decision-Making
Big Boss Brain does not use AI to make automated decisions affecting legal rights, employment, financial eligibility, or similar critical matters. All decisions requiring evaluation are made with human oversight.

5. Digital Millennium Copyright Act (DMCA) Compliance
If you believe your copyrighted material is being used unlawfully on our Site(s), you may submit a DMCA takedown request to our legal team via email.
For the request to be valid, it must include:
